We'll explore your perceived needs through a process of discussion and questioning, using powerful diagnostic tools we'll analyse specific areas of opportunity and only then, in partnership with you we'll develop and deliver powerful development interventions ranging from one to one coaching to organisational development programmes.

It's important to us and our clients that we remain current and as a result we have three deeply held values regarding our own conduct:
- Never stop learning. Every year we invest in individual learning and development. Associate Partner Mark Denton has recently qualified with the Academy of Executive Coaches while Will Carnegie & Karen Kinghorn are currently working towards becoming client practitioners in Systemic Team Coaching.
- It's a requisite that we practise leadership regularly. Many of our team coach in sports and community settings. All of the team commit a number of days annually to work in the 3rd sector on a pro bono basis.
- Critical appraisal and reflection. All of the team attend individual and group supervision. As professional coaches this is both good practise and a formal requirement for those coaching in a professional setting.
