Are you experiencing change?
If you're seeking focus and understanding, particularly during periods of change and uncertainty, then we'd be very pleased to share these powerful tools with you.
We're proud to be one of only eight companies in the UK to be accredited in the use of Executive Arts Transitions Tools. The work of Executive Arts began in 1979 when author Jim Ewing committed himself to working on his inner passion: facilitating individuals who were striving to express their talents and commitments as fully as possible.
The Executive Arts embrace learning, design and transition/transformation as one process, rather than three separate processes which are commonly compartmentalised in the world, especially in industry.
The Executive Arts are taught through a family of disciplines. Each is based on the core insight that creative motion on the path of learning, design and transformation begins with hints, clues, guesses, slips of the tongue, unknowing and making it up. In other words, in the shadows rather than in the known.
The Executive Arts disciplines have been worked out with hundreds of individuals and organisational groups. They are succinct, unique, powerful to get to 'answers', and more powerful when taken as a learning path to a different insight about the world we're in.
There are four specific tools which can be used either independently or in partnership with one another:

There are four specific tools which can be used either independently or in partnership with one another:
- The Empowermap - creates clarity and understanding with regard to a desired state and the specific steps, actions and relationships critical to achieving this. An outstanding process in one to one coaching and team settings.
- Impacto - leads to influencing strategies based on deeply embedded psychological principles that can shift individual, team and organisational view points.
- Implemento - delivers the benefit of hindsight before the event. A simple yet powerful process for pressure testing ideas and concepts and highlighting critical activity in service of a goal.
- Stucco - creates certainty in periods of uncertainty, confusion and change. Challenges mindsets, behaviours and beliefs and leads to powerful, specific actions towards a stated outcome.
