 We're really proud to be leading the "Becoming a Leader" module of Durrell's Management Programme for international conservation managers. It's a privilege to work with some genuinely inspirational leaders from around the World who have devoted their lives to saving species from extinction.
Over the next months we'll be exploring what it takes to lead organisations that are often fighting for survival themselves. The programme is run in partnership with Highlands College and accredited by the CMI (Chartered Management Institute). On passing assessment the delegates will be awarded a CMI Level 5 award which will stand them in great stead when they return to their homes in May. http://www.highlands.ac.uk/college…/durrell-desman-training/
